I am a Registered Psychotherapist and graduate of the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counseling Program.  I am also an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) accredited practitioner. I strongly believe in continuous learning to further my expertise and ability to support my clients.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 33 years in the federal government in a variety of roles (policy, program, communications). 

If you wish, my Golden Doodle Rocky may join you. My rescued, one-eyed Shih Tzu, Cricket, however, will be with me in our session.
